As part of our transparency towards the surrounding communities, and with the aim of improving our environmental performance, every environmental complaint received from external parties, is directly reported to the concerned department in order to check the incident and take immediate actions to stop it.
An official environmental complaint form is then issued for investigation, corrective measures and remedial applied procedures are taken in order to prevent it from happening again.
CN’s main objective is to minimize the number of complaints occurring over the years and prevent the same ones from happening again.
