Manufacturing Facilities

We have our own private industrial port located within the premises of the cement processing plant in the town of Chekka, Northern Lebanon. It is surrounded by both towns: Chekka from the southern side and Anfeh from the northern side.

The port operation management is performed according to the UN IMO- ISPS code requirements, with fulfilment of the Lebanese applicable legislation, and the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 45001:2018) in order to fully secure an environmentally-friendly and safe operation at all levels.

The berth can accommodate vessels of up to 24,000 T. Two small berths are available at both sides of the port to accommodate vessels with maximum 3,600 T at the northern and southern sides of the jetty.

The port is equipped with two electrically operated railed cranes, enabling the loading and unloading of the vessels, and all the necessary marine tools and equipment.

The main activity of the sea port is to receive vessels for loading or unloading material for our exclusive use. The yearly average of imported goods is around 300,000.
